Q. What are your hours of operation?

365 days a year, 24/7. We respond to voicemails quickly and you can always use our convenient online booking system to reserve your car from your tablet or laptop.


Q. What is your minimum hourly requirement?

Minimum hourly requirements vary between 3-8 hours depending on the time of year, service area and vehicle selected. Note the larger vehicles generally have higher minimum hourly requirements.


Q. How do I know what size limousine is best for my needs?

Limousines are listed by the number of passengers they are allowed to hold. Yorba Linda Diamond Limousine has sedans (2-3 passengers), stretch limousines (12 passengers), super stretch limousines (up to 20), SUV’s (up to 7 passengers), vans (up to 14 passengers) and super stretch SUV’s (20). Our party buses range from (12-50 people).For the most comfortable ride, you should subtract 2 from the numbers above unless you’re with children or don’t mind sitting shoulder to shoulder. If you are booking John Wayne airport, municipal or LAX airport transportation, please be aware of the size and amount of luggage your party has and whether your vehicle has a separate trunk for luggage (most do).


Q. How do I reserve a limousine?

Call our office with your credit card information or use our online booking system. Your card will be charged on the date you book your trip along with a refundable deposit. If you would like to pay by check or cash, we still need a credit card number to hold your reservation and will refund you the difference. Just call our office for information regarding the establishment of a new corporate account.


Q. Can I pay cash for the trip?

Cash is always accepted; however we do need to have a credit card on file to hold a reservation.


Q. How do I handle the gratuity for the chauffeur?

18% Gratuity is automatically included with your reservation, although you are welcome to tip your chauffeur more when he or she goes above and beyond the call of duty.


Q.What is your cancellation policy?

We accept cancellation of reservation anytime up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Q. How do I go about booking my wedding?

Give our office a call or fill out our fast and easy online reservation form to begin your wedding luxury limo reservation. Multi-car discounts are available.


Q. How far in advance should I book my wedding?

As soon as you have confirmed your wedding date, ceremony and reception location, it’s a good time to book your limousine. The earlier you book, the better we can serve you!


Q. What is included in a wedding package?

Our wedding package includes a ”Just Married” banner, complimentary Champagne or sparkling cider and a royal wedding red carpet. Your driver will be attired in suit and tie. The chauffeur is there to make your wedding day perfect. As such, any additional stops, waiting or alterations to the travel route is free of charge.


AIRPORT FAQ’S

Q. What is offered with airport service?

Our airport service is a door-to-door service in a private vehicle of your choice. We provide complimentary water and a daily newspaper for your trip.

Q. Where do I meet my limousine at the airport?

Our office monitors all flights. Your chauffeur will arrive at the airport 15 min. after the actual arrival of your domestic flight and 30 min. after the arrival of your international flight unless instructed otherwise. Our driver will meet you at the baggage claim or customs area with your name to assist you with any luggage.


Q. What if my flight is late?

We monitor all flights and adjust our chauffeur deployment accordingly so you are never stranded at the airport waiting for a driver.


PROM FAQ’S

Q. How far in advance should I book my Prom?

The earlier the better. Since most high school proms occur around the same time, you’ll won’t have the best selection of vehicles if you wait until the last minute. That said, we’ve got the best limos and party buses to make memories and a huge impression on your friends.


Q. How do I reserve a limousine for my Prom?

Give us a call or just fill out our easy online form to get started. Remember that a nonrefundable deposit is charged at the time of booking and that if anyone in your party causes damage, your card will be charged. Cigarette smoking and underage drinking are not only illegal, but also grounds for ending your night early. We’ll take you back home if you smoke in our cars, drink alcohol or do any drugs. So, be smart get ready for an amazing night!
